Macy's looking to hire 80,000 seasonal workers

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The Christmas shopping season is already heating up and retailers are looking for help.

Monday, Macy's and Bloomingdale's announced they want to bring on around 80,000 seasonal workers across the country.

The retailers are looking to staff their sales floors and store operations.

For online orders, they need people in their call centers and shipping.
