Some of us spent Tuesday night in the dark!

I hope you're enjoying your evening.  Some of our friends in Hardin County had their plans interrupted after a transmission line failed and caused a large-scale power outage.  We have a crew on the way to the scene and we'll make sure to fill you in when you join Scott Reynolds and me for WAVE 3 News at 11!

It looks like a group of teenagers in Nelson County has created even more havoc than we originally knew.  Last week, WAVE 3's Katie Bauer brought you the story about the teens stealing nine cars and trucks.  Tonight, she has a sad twist … one of the victims was a charity that police say one of the teens knew well and who really can't take the financial hit.

You might have heard about one of the most-talked-about stories of today: a Kentuckiana man is suing the VA for a loss that no man wants to endure.  Tonight, his lawyer shares his story and what that man is looking for.

A six year old Kentucky girl may have helped save her mother's life when the pair was in a car crash early this morning.  Wait until you hear how she kept a calm head and got help for her unconscious mother.

And, another survival story: a dog that was hit by a car and rode 11 miles in the grill of a car is doing just fine.  We'll let you know how it was possible.

See you at 11:00!
