Shock probation request denied by judge

John "Hot Boy" Jones

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A judge ruled a man who was acquitted of attempted murder must stay in prison.

On September 27, John "Hot Boy" Jones had a shock probation hearing, but he request was denied.

Jones is serving a ten year sentence for witness tampering in a 2010 shooting in St. Matthews.
