Man arrested for child molestation, solicitation

SPENCER COUNTY, IN (WAVE) – A man from Santa Claus, Indiana is behind bars after he was arrested and charged with child molestation and child solicitation.

According to Indiana State Police, Karl Rustin, 56, molested an 11-year-old and a 13-year-old girl on several occasions over a one year period.

Wednesday, detectives were able to establish enough probable cause against Rustin to make the arrest.

Rustin was taken to Spencer County Jail.
