Paul Barth
LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A former fire chief will get a
few more weeks of freedom before he heads off to prison.
Paul Barth's sentencing
was originally set for Thursday, but was pushed back until November.
The former McMahan fire
chief admitted to taking $198,277 in donations given to the Crusade for Children in June 2012.

He agreed to pay back the
money given to help kids in need.
Barth agreed to serve 41
months in prison.
An exact sentencing date
for Barth has not been set.
