JENNINGS COUNTY, IN (WAVE) – A convicted sex offender out on parole has been moved again after community concerns.

Robert Lee, 57, is living somewhere in central Indiana.

Lee was convicted of raping, murdering and dismembering a Bloomington woman in the 1980's. He was released from prison after serving 25 years of a 60 year sentence for good behavior.

Lee was originally placed in Bloomington for parole, but then was moved to Jennings County. Now the Department of Corrections said Lee has been moved to the Indianapolis area parole district that covers eight counties.
