Former teacher, Bengals cheerleader reaches plea agreement

KENTON COUNTY, KY (WAVE) – A plea agreement has been reached in the sex abuse case of a former Bengals cheerleader and her mother.

The NBC station out of Cincinnati is reporting the plea deal will be presented in a Kenton County courtroom Monday morning.

Sarah Jones is accused of having sexual contact with a student at a high school where she worked as a teacher. Jones' mother, Cheryl, is charged with tampering with physical evidence.

Their trial was expected to begin on Monday.
