Did you ever want to be a contestant on Wheel of Fortune? Well here's your chance.
The Wheel of Fortune Wheelmobile, a large yellow bus, is in Cincinnati this weekend in search of contestants to play on America's favorite game show.
Applications will be accepted Saturday and Sunday at Treasure Aisles flea market in Monroe from noon until 4 p.m.
Wheel of Fortunes Marketing Director David Strathearn says its their first time in the Cincinnati area. "This is our first time here. We're excited to be teaming up with fox19 and of course treasure aisles flea market."
Strathearn says the Wheelmobile is criss crossing the nation looking for contestants with that special something. "We're really looking for that energy and excitement, those people when you're watching television, you're really going to want to root them on here from the Tri-State area because they're going to be representing everybody that's going to be coming out here this weekend. Of course we're looking for good puzzle solvers, good game players, but more than anything what's going to separate you from the thousands of folks when you come out here over the course of the weekend."
With such a popular game show in town, Greg Dove, the owner of Treasure Aisles says he couldn't be happier. "It is awesome. We are really, really excited to have them here. It's provided a ton of energy for us. It gives us an opportunity to showcase our market and our vendors and all the great products we have here and get people out so they can spin the wheel and see miles and miles of aisles and aisles."
