Green had 911 dialed on the home phone and his mother Keasha on a cell phone.

He told dispatchers,

GREEN: I'm 12 years old, I'm here with my sister. Please hurry up.

DISPATCH: Ok, don't hang up on me, you hear me?

GREEN: Please hurry up, I'm scared.

During the incident his mother said, "I just panicked at work, I just started crying."

Police said Nevitt admitted he was going to break in to the house.

He is charged with burglary and possession of burglary tools.

Nevitt has a history of drug related arrests.
