Police investigating deadly shooting in Newburg

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Louisville Metro police are investigating after a man was found shot in Newburg.

According to MetroSafe, they received a call just after 8 Saturday evening of a person shot in the 4400 block of Norene Lane.

According to police, a man in his 30's was found shot in his apartment. The victim's cousin told WAVE 3 that there was a young child in the apartment at the time of the shooting.
