Man shot by officer to face judge

HARDIN COUNTY, KY (WAVE) – A man who was shot by a Kentucky State Police officer after a robbery at a truck stop will face a judge.

On Tuesday, Aaron Hart, of Hodgenville, will be arraigned.

According to troopers, Hart robbed a truck stop and then drove off in July.

A vehicle enforcement officer pulled hart over, but said he refused to show his hands and get out of the vehicle. The trooper shot Hart.

He was taken to University Hospital.

Hart is charged with robbery.
