Customers complain about Internet outages

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A number of concerned residents have called the WAVE 3 Newsroom due to internet issues with a local company.

We have been working for you to by getting in contact with Insight to figure out why there have been internet outages in the Louisville area.

Michael Hogan with Time Warner Cable said they are aware of the issue, "We are experiencing Internet problems in the Louisville area, but we hope to have service back to normal soon."

Hogan did not release a reason why the service was having issues or when customers can expect their service to return to normal.
