LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A punctured gas line caused a section of Brownsboro Road in Crescent Hill to be closed to traffic.
MetroSafe said the leak was reported at 11:47 a.m. in the 2800 block of Brownsboro Road. According to an LG&E spokesperson, the leak happened when a Louisville Water Company crew hit a 2" line while digging.
LG&E crews worked to repair the leak.
No customers were without gas service because of the leak.
