Today, U.S. Senate candidate, Republican Richard Mourdock, talked about his pro-life remarks last night that a pregnancy after a rape is what God intended.  We're watching the reaction to the controversial remarks and WAVE 3's Scott Adkins will let you hear from the candidate.

A 63-year-old Louisville man is now charged with murder for fleeing from police and causing the crash yesterday that killed a mother of three.  WAVE 3's Maira Ansari will let you know what police found inside his truck after that crash.

A well-known health organization takes aim on a popular ingredient in diet drinks, but is there something wrong with their study?
