Burglar repels into store

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A burglar aimed high, but hit the ground during a burglary at a cash advance store.

Louisville Metro police said Andrew Wilson, also known as Douglas Hill, went to a Cash America store on Hikes Lane earlier in October. Hill cut a hole in the roof and rappelled down into the store.

He grabbed a Playstation 3 and took off.

Investigators said HIll also broke into a smoke shop on Bardstown road and stole a bunch of cigarettes.

He is facing two counts of burglary.
