Mistrial declared in murder case against Steven Pettway

Steven Pettway

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A judge declared a mistrial Friday morning in the murder trial of Steven Pettway after defense attorneys claimed they did not have enough time to review evidence in the case.

Pettway is accused of murdering Troya Sheckles in Shelby Park in 2009.
