Charles Barlow
LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The cab driver charged after a fiery crash that killed four people faced a judge.
On Wednesday, Charles Barlow was in court on charges of reckless homicide in connection to the October 29 crash.
Police said the 32-year-old was off-duty in his cab with three friends headed to Horseshoe Casino when the cab veered off the side of State Road 111 in Floyd County.
Police believe Barlow overcorrected, which resulted in him hitting a Cadillac.
The driver of the Cadillac, Thomas
Stinson Jr., 60, was killed as well as Barlow's three friends, Tara Hirsekorn, 39, Michael Roby, 31, and Laura
Weigand, 24.
Barlow did not enter a plea. He is being extradited to Indiana where he is expected to face a judge on Friday, November 2.
