Deputies: Lingerie-clad man flashes women at post offices
Douglas Evans (Pickens Co. Sheriff's Office)
PICKENS, SC (FOX Carolina) -
Pickens County deputies said they arrested a man who flashed women while wearing only lingerie at several post offices since July.
Deputies said that several women reported seeing a man at the post offices in both Liberty and Easley, who was wearing only lingerie, high-heeled shoes and a black wig. They said the outfits were sheer or see-through, exposing the man's privates to the women.
Investigators said that in one of the more recent incidents, a woman was able to jot down the license plate number of the man's car. They said that information led them to 41-year-old Douglas Evans, a registered sex offender.
Evans was charged with three counts of indecent exposure. He is currently out of jail on a $15,000 bond.
