Fresh Table Homemade Stuffing - Chefs Louis Snowden & Meredith Trombly

Homemade stuffing
 
Ingredients:
 
1 baguette of french bread, cut into one inch cubes
2 cups of carrots, small dice
2 cups of celery, small dice
2 cups of yellow onion, small dice
3 cups of chicken or turkey broth
2 tablespoons of oregano
2 tablespoons of basil
1 tablespoon of sage
salt and white pepper to taste
 
1. Saute the carrots, onions and celery until soft.
2. Add to the bread cubes.
3. Add the broth
4. Add the dry herbs.
5. Toss and serve.
