Missing teenager returns home

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A teenager reported as missing, has returned home.

According to Jeffersontown police, Annie Simamora, 16, returned home on Tuesday.

The Atherton High School student was reported as missing around 7:25 a.m. on November 7.

Police believe Annie ran away, possibly to meet up with someone she met online in Pennsylvania.

Police are questioning her, but no charges are expected to be filed in her disappearance.
