Body found in car investigated as homicide

WARREN COUNTY, KY (WAVE) - Police are investigating after a body was found in the trunk of the car in south central Kentucky.

Bowling Green police said the body of Joey Smith, 31, was found in the trunk of his car parked at an apartment complex.

At this time police are not releasing how Smith died, but said his death is being investigated as a homicide.
