Tree transported for Light Up Louisville

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Drivers may have gotten stuck in traffic, behind a tree.

Metro Parks cut down the tree this morning at the home of Steve and Julie Breach in Fern Creek.

The couple is donating the 50-foot blue spruce to the city of Louisville.

The tree will be put in place and decorated for Light Up Louisville on Friday, November 23.
