Corrections officer facing charges

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A corrections officer was booked into Louisville Metro Department of Corrections.

According to LMDC Director Mark Bolton, Nicholas Gravette was booking into Metro Corrections Monday, but posted bond.

Gravette is charged with driving under the influence, wanton endangerment and failure to maintain insurance.

Bolton said an internal investigation into the case is underway.

Gravette is currently on unpaid administrative leave.
