LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – It's open enrollment time. Millions of Americans decide every November whether to change the status of their FLEX accounts and some of the other benefits their employers offer. This year, they need to keep the new health care law in mind as they decide.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act doesn't go into full effect until January 1, 2014, but there are some things to think about now when making plans for 2013.
