LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Metro police arrested a man wanted in connection to a bank robbery that forced two area schools to go on lockdown.
Monday, officers were called to the Stock Yards Bank on Dixie Highway after a robber gave a teller note demanding cash and claiming he had a gun.

Holy Cross High School and Kerrick Elementary were put under lockdown as a precaution.
Police arrested Tyrone Martin, 53. Officers said he left the bank with nearly $8,000.
Martin is charged with robbery.
