JCPS elementary schools begin application process

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – The application period for Jefferson County Public elementary schools begins Monday, November 19, and for the first time parents must fill out the applications online.

The process is starting much earlier this year.

Incoming kindergartners, students who have moved, students who are new to the district and any students interested in an optional program, magnet program or magnet school may apply.

Registration runs through January 11, 2013.
