JEFFERSONVILLE, IN (WAVE) – The Clark County School Board voted on the resignation of a Jeffersonville High School assistant principal accused of shoplifting.
David Milburn submitted his resignation opting for early retirement after a shoplifting charge came to light.
Tuesday, the school board voted to approve his resignation.
Miburn served as interim principal at the high school for about a week before he was charged with shoplifting at a Louisville WalMart where he had a second job.
New charges in Clark County said Milburn sold an iPad stolen from WalMart to a Jeffersonville High School student for $400.
