LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Two days after he was sentenced to 41 months in prison for stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from the Crusade for Children, Paul Barth signed over the mortgage to his home.
Barth signed a personal guarantee on Wednesday to fully comply with conditions set Monday to pay back $190,000 in restitution.
After his current house sells, the courts will receive that money. Barth pleaded guilty in June to money laundering and wire fraud.
