A Friend's Farewell
A Friend's Farewell provides in home veterinary care. Dr. Edwina LeMay began her journey into A Friend's Farewell a few years ago when her 14 year old Border Collie mix, Harley became ill. Harley would shake and salivate when having to go to the clinic for any reason. Dr. LeMay was able to help end her suffering at home in her own bed and knew there would be others out there like her and Harley.
Dr. LeMay has been caring for pets as a technician since 1987 and as a veterinarian since 1999. She is a graduate of North Carolina State University and is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Kentucky Veterinary Medical Association, International Association for Animal Hospice and Palliative Care, and Greater Louisville VMA.
