LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A man entered a bank then threatened the teller and left with cash. Now, police are searching for the suspect.
According to Louisville Metro police, the suspect robbed the PNC Bank located at 8500 Preston Highway at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday.
The suspect handed the teller a note stating he had a gun and demanding cash.
Luckily, no weapon was displayed and no one was injured during the robbery, but the suspect did escape.
Police are searching for a man approximately 25 to 28 years old, around 6' tall and weighing between 160 to 170 pounds. He is described as having a thin build and short brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap with red writing on the front, a brown and beige jacket with multi-colored M&M's logos on the front and back with a gray hooded sweatshirt underneath. He was also wearing jeans and white tennis shoes.
