Minivan comes to rest atop car in Dixie Hwy. crash

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – It was a jarring sight for drivers along Dixie Highway in Pleasure Ridge Park Saturday afternoon: a crash that left a minivan sitting on top of a car.

The accident happened around 4:15 p.m. on Dixie at Crawford Avenue. A MetroSafe dispatcher described it as an injury accident but said the injuries were not life-threatening.

There was no immediate word on the cause of the crash.
