LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A judge granted a motion by prosecutors on Tuesday to change the conditions of Paul Barth's release. Barth is the former McMahan Fire Chief who stole from the fire department and the Crusade for Children.

Barth was ordered to post a $100,000 bond by the close of business on Wednesday. The court also must be notified if Barth is involved in any financial transactions in excess of $100,000. He also has to forfeit his passport.

Barth previously was sentenced to almost four years in prison and ordered to pay restitution to his victims. He is expected to begin serving his sentence after the holidays.
