ESPN: Strong front-runner for Tennessee job - wave3.com-Louisville News, Weather & Sports

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – EPSN.com is reporting that University of Louisville Head Football Coach Charlie Strong is the front-runner to become the next head coach at Tennessee.

According to ESPN, UofL is expected to do what it can to keep Strong, who led the Cardinals to a Big East Conference championship and a spot in the Allstate Sugar Bowl this season.

Strong has served as the Cardinals' head coach for three seasons.
