WAVE 3 holding Angel-a-Thon on Tuesday

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Although the deadline to turn in items for Angels adopted off Salvation Army Angel Trees is up, there are still ways to help.

Food Angels are still available for adoption in area Kroger stores until December, 25.

Another way to help is to call and donate a monetary pledge during the WAVE 3 Angel-a-Thon. The event will take place Tuesday, December 11 from 6 a.m. To 8 p.m. The money pledged will help purchase presents for all of the Angels that did not get adopted this year. The number to call is 502-571-3333.

If you did purchase gifts for an Angel and you were unable to make it to the drop off location in time, you are asked to bring those gifts to the gym of the Old Male High School, located at
911 South Brook Street.
