Children in home with working meth lab

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Officers arrested a man they said was manufacturing meth.

According to an arrest report, officers were conducting a drug investigation and were given permission to search a home on Phyllis Avenue on Thursday night.

While searching they discovered a working meth lab.

Joshua Morris, 21, was arrested.

Investigators said there were two children living in the home at the time and their room tested positive for a controlled substance.

Morris is charged with two counts of fourth degree controlled substance endangerment to a child.
