Former fire captain arraigned on child pornography charges

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A former fire captain faced a judge.

Monday, James Mason, a former Pleasure Ridge Park fare captain was arraigned on child pornography charges.

Mason is charged with three counts of possessing matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and tampering with physical evidence.

Mason posted bond on Friday. He is scheduled to be back in court on January 16.
