Attorney General spreads word of refund program

INDIANAPOLIS (WAVE) - Indiana's attorney general is spreading the word about a refund program involving Kia and Hyundai.

Customers are getting refunds following a report that drivers received lower than advertised fuel economy on new car models.

Errors at the automakers joint testing operations led to incorrect fuel economy ratings for 2011-2013 model years.

Eligible vehicle owners should have been contacted by Hyundai or Kia. If you have not been contacted but would like to see if you are eligible visit www.hyundaimpginfo.com or www.kiampginfo.com.
