Man found with missing teen

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A 47-year-old man was arrested after police said they found him in a vacant apartment with a missing teenager.

Police arrested Todd Green Tuesday after they found him in a stairwell of an abandoned building on Preston Street.

The 17-year-old girl Green was with had been reported as missing several times.

Green is charged with engaging in an unlawful transaction with a minor, trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia.
