OU worker arrested after threatening to shoot co-workers

ATHENS, OH (FOX19) -

 

A man is behind bars after police say he threatened to kill his university co-workers.

Stacy Gorham, a utility worker for Ohio University, was arrested on Monday by Athens Police.

Authorities said he allegedly threatened to shoot fellow employees if he was fired.

 Police searched his home and found eight guns, including an AK 47 and a variety of ammunition.
   
Gorham was charged with inducing panic.

According to police, he posted bond and was placed on administrative leave. 

In addition, Gorham isn't allowed back on campus.
