Woman cut from wreckage, transported to hospital

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A woman is recovering in the hospital after having to be cut out of her vehicle.

Around 3:30 p.m. at Buechel Bank and Heller Street the woman was involved in a wreck.

She was cut out of the vehicle and taken to the hospital.

Police are investigating what caused the crash. The name of the woman and her condition have not been released.
