SWAT situation ends peacefully

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A SWAT situation at a home in the 4000 block of Southern Parkway has ended peacefully.

Crews responded to the scene around 1 p.m. Monday. According to Louisville Metro police, a 79-year-old woman was inside the home with guns and was having a hard time with the season.

Crews were able to talk to the woman and no one was injured.
