CRAWFORD COUNTY, IN (WAVE) - Residents in Marengo, Indiana were out braving Wednesday's snow.

"Nice very pretty I like it," said Marengo resident Mark Alves.

Along Interstate 64 West,  there were several slide offs.

INDOT trucks were out plowing, clearing the roadways.

Cameron Bye and his friend do what kids do best.

"I think it's fun because we get to sled and make snow mans and snow angel," said Bye.

For Cameron's Grandmother, Laura Lynton, she wasn't as excited to see all the snow.

"I don't want to be out in it," said Lynton. "They've been out since 7:00 at they are pretty cold by now."

Lynton says the necessities are on her mind.

"We're supposed to get six inches, I don't know we're holding on to what we can," said Lynton.

Although some of the roadways may appear clear, there are some slick spots.
