Jennifer Lawrence to appear on cover of Vanity Fair

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – Louisville will be represented on the cover of February's issue of Vanity Fair in the form of actress Jennifer Lawrence.

Lawrence, 22, appears on the cover of the magazine wearing a black and white striped top while playfully chewing on a flower behind the headline "One Million Men Say Jennifer Lawrence is the World's Most Desirable Woman!"

Inside the magazine, Lawrence is photographed in a more scandalous pin up style pose, while leaning over a red car in leopard pants and a black cropped top.

Lawrence was most recently seen in theaters in "Silver Linings Playbook," which snagged her a Golden Globe nomination for best actress in a comedy or musical.

The actress will also star in the highly anticipated sequel to the "Hunger Games" titled "Catching Fire" set to be released in November 2013.
