GLASGOW, KY (WAVE) - Two men associated with a scheme that cost close to 200 farmers more than $800,000 pleaded guilty in court.
Thomas P. Gibson and Michael Steven McDonald each entered a plea to one count of mail fraud.
The men were associated with Eastern Livestock and agreed to fully repay farmers who sold cattle to the company
Gibson's attorney said his client never meant to hurt anyone, but has taken responsibility for what happened.
