MOREHEAD, KY (WAVE) - Four firefighters were sent to the hospital after part of a burning building collapsed at Morehead State University.
The fire broke out in downing hall just after 7 a.m. Sunday.
Firefighters said no one was inside at the time.
Several fire crews from Rowan County responded to the blaze, which was fully engulfed by 9 a.m.
Although most of the building is a total loss, a fire wall may have protected some of the structure.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation. The injured firefighters were getting checked out just as a precaution.
