MOUNT VERNON, IN (WAVE) - Investigators are said a fire that killed three people in a small southwestern Indiana city started in or near the dryer.
Black Township Fire Investigators believe the fire that raced through the house in Mount Vernon early Friday was accidental.

The fire killed Amanda Robb, 27, her daughter Aubrey, 5, and her nephew Bailey, 15.
Five other people escaped the two story home located about 20 miles west of Evansville.
It's not clear whether smoke alarms were present.
