CLARK COUNTY, IN (WAVE) - Jury selection is expected to begin Tuesday for a man accused in the murder of his wife.
On November 13, 2011 Kelly Bagshaw went to an apartment on 10th Street in Jeffersonville to pick up her children from her estranged husband Dale Bagshaw.
Police said the couple got into a fight and Dale Bagshaw stabbed Kelly Bagshaw in front of their two children.
Kevin Wilkerson, who worked with Kelly Bagshaw explained, "Those two children who sat there and watched their mother is unbelievable pain and it is very difficult to understand and to watch those kids go through this drama."
Police said Bagshaw confessed to killing his wife.
