Police, family members searching for missing man

CLARKSVILLE, IN (WAVE) – Clarksville police are asking for the public's help locating a missing man.

John Philip Stensrud, 46, was last seen leaving his brother's house in Clarksville on foot around 5 p.m. December 31. Paul Stensrud says his brother is considered endangered because he has emotional and psychiatric problems.

Stensrud is 5'8" tall, weighs 200 pounds and has green eyes and brown hair. He was wearing a black coat, jeans and tan boots when he disappeared.

Anyone with information about Stensrud's whereabouts should call the Clarksville Police Department at 812-288-7151.
