CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
A second man has been arrested for a murder that occurred in Westwood in November of 2012.
Deangelo Sanders, 23, has been indicted on charges of aggravated murder, felonious assault and weapons under disability in the murder of Jeffrey Luttrell. Sanders was arrested by the Cincinnati Police Department's Fugitive Apprehension Unit.
Ryan Collier, 23, has also been arrested for Luttrell's death.
Luttrell was found dead on Nov. 1 in the 2200 block of Harrison Avenue.
