STREETSBORO, OH (WOIO) -

Streetsboro police are searching for a man who robbed the First Merit bank at 9717 SR14.

It happened Thursday afternoon. Police say the white male, approximately 5 ft. 9" to 5 ft. 11" wearing a gray hooding with "Apocalypse" on the back approached the teller and handed her a note.

The note demanded she put money on the counter and no one gets hurt.  No weapon was shown or seen by anyone.

He was given an undisclosed amount of cash and fled the bank on foot.  He was later seen on foot in the area of the Town Place Suites and the Fairfield Inn.

Security video from area businesses shows the suspect get in a white Ford F150 with another male and leave the area westbound on I480.

The F150 appears to be a newer model truck and it has UHaul markings on the sides.  No suspects have been located at this time.

Anyone with information can call the Streetsboro Police Department or the FBI Akron Office.
